A lifelong learner, Jennifer Eichenberg has taken her passion for enhancing every day communication and created a business dedicated to improving performance and building stronger relationships. Eichenberg & Associates is the synergistic result of her experience in education and training, complemented by two master’s degrees.

Jennifer’s educational path has been focused on communications in a variety of disciplines, starting with a B.S. in Marketing and Sales from Ferris State University in 1993. In 2001 she completed a Master’s of Arts degree in Communication at the University of Arkansas. Her studies at the University of Arkansas also cultivated her teaching skills and while there she taught a freshmen level public speaking course. Following graduation, Jennifer accepted a position as a recruiter for Webster University and continued her education, earning an MBA in 2002.

Her training experience includes working with the Schwan’s Food Company as a Manager of Learning and Development and as an Education and Training Advisor for the Midwest and Northeast regions of VistaCare, a for-profit hospice organization.

While working full-time, Jennifer continued to pursue her passion for education, serving as an adjunct faculty member to non-traditional students at Baker College and Baker Online College.

In 2006 Jennifer completed a year-long study of facilitation skills, followed by intensive training in a five-part series of Coactive Coaching methods in 2007. You will see many of these techniques incorporated into her business and everyday life.

With a vision to fully develop her business, Jennifer returned to her native Michigan in June, 2007. Continually seeking more knowledge and skills, she also started a Ph.D. program in Instructional Technology at Wayne State University.
