Up the Tube, Down the Tube ("we", "our", or "the app") is a card game for iOS and Android. We take your privacy seriously. This information cannot reasonably be used to identify you.Purchase Information: If you make an in-app purchase, Apple App Store or Google Play processes the transaction. We receive only the information necessary through RevenueCat to verify and restore purchases. We never receive or store your payment details.Device Information: We may collect basic device and technical information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, and crash diagnostics, to improve performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compatibility.Information We Do Not CollectWe do not intentionally collect your name, email address, precise location, photos, contacts, or other personally identifiable information through the app unless you voluntarily contact us for support. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.License to UseWe grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.In-App PurchasesThe app offers optional in-app purchases, including a one-time purchase to remove advertisements. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Prices may vary by region and are displayed at the point of purchase.All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the policies of the applicable app store.Restore PurchasesIf you reinstall the app or switch devices, you may use the "Restore Purchases" option to restore eligible purchases. You must be signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.Acceptable UseYou agree not to use the app in any way that:
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Interferes with the app's normal operation
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
• Exploits bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended functionalityIntellectual PropertyAll content in the app, including graphics, card designs, sounds, and game logic, is owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use our intellectual property without prior written permission.Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
